Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative graphic design solutions for digital campaigns, branding, and packaging
- Lead design sprints and creative workshops with marketing and product teams
- Maintain and evolve brand visual systems across all touchpoints
- Create compelling motion graphics and interactive content for web/social platforms
- Collaborate with UX designers to ensure seamless user experiences
- Mentor junior designers and conduct portfolio reviews
- Present design concepts to executive stakeholders with strategic rationale
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional graphic design experience with portfolio demonstrating brand development
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with responsive web design and motion graphics principles
- Ability to translate business objectives into creative solutions
- Proven project management skills with ability to meet deadlines
