Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create high-fidelity visual designs for digital and print media, including social media assets, marketing collateral, and web interfaces.
- Maintain and evolve the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and developers to ensure design concepts are technically feasible and aligned with business goals.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders with persuasive visual storytelling and rationale.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to keep our creative output fresh and competitive.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative creative culture.
Qualifications
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design work, including branding, layout, and typography.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or in-house marketing department.
- Excellent command of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout composition.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
