Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design high-fidelity visual assets for print and digital platforms, including brochures, presentations, web banners, and social media content.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive brand identity system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Translate complex client requirements into intuitive and visually compelling design solutions.
- Proofread and review final artwork for accuracy, color fidelity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders and clients with confidence.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster a collaborative studio environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or in-house marketing team.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of branding, print, and digital design work.
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
