Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers and UX/UI designers to translate business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Code Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code; conduct rigorous code reviews to enforce engineering standards.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure sub-second load times and seamless user experiences.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and technical growth.
- Security: Implement robust security best practices to protect user data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend Mastery: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React.js, and CSS frameworks (Tailwind/Bootstrap).
- Backend Expertise: Deep understanding of Node.js, Express, and RESTful API design.
- Database Skills: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB), including schema design and optimization.
- DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), Docker, and containerization.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
