Responsibilities
- Architecting Solutions: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern technologies and best practices.
- Collaborative Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously refactor and optimize code to ensure high performance, responsiveness, and speed.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in web development.
- Frontend Proficiency: Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Vue, or Angular.
- Backend Proficiency: Proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
- Database Knowledge: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
