Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze application bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure sub-second load times and seamless user experiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to enforce best practices.
- API Integration: Develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs to ensure seamless communication between the frontend and backend systems.
- Testing: Implement automated testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) to guarantee software reliability and reduce technical debt.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on web technologies.
- Frontend Proficiency: Deep expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS (Sass/Tailwind).
- Backend Proficiency: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or similar server-side technologies.
- Databases: Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases with knowledge of data modeling and optimization.
- DevOps: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
