Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud-native architectures
- Lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize front-end performance and implement responsive design principles across all device platforms
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services using modern authentication protocols
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain robust testing frameworks to ensure code quality
- Contribute to technical documentation and contribute to open-source projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Expert proficiency in React, Redux, and modern ES6+ JavaScript features
- Strong understanding of Node.js, Express, and MongoDB/PostgreSQL database systems
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies
- Proven track record of optimizing web applications for speed, scalability, and accessibility
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
