Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable front-end and back-end solutions using modern web technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize web applications for speed, responsiveness, and SEO performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Testing & Deployment: Develop automated testing strategies and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conduct technical training, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Frontend: Expert proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, SCSS).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java, and RESTful API design.
- Databases: Deep understanding of relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud), Docker, and container orchestration.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
