Join Nexus Digital Labs as a Senior Full-Stack Web Developer and architect the next generation of scalable web applications. We're seeking an innovative technologist to lead our frontend/backend initiatives while mentoring junior developers. What You'll Do:
• Design and implement responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Optimize system architecture for scalability and performance
• Lead code reviews and establish best practices
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Stay current with emerging web technologies and trends
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Architect RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerization with Docker
- Conduct performance audits and optimize database queries
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to pixel-perfect implementation
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience
- Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React ecosystem
- Proficiency with Node.js, Express, and MongoDB/PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda)
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles
- Experience with Agile methodologies and version control (Git)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
