Responsibilities
- Design and implement responsive web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate mockups into pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces
- Optimize application performance and security protocols across full-stack development lifecycle
- Lead code reviews and implement best practices for version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and technical documentation
- Contribute to architectural decisions for scalable microservices and RESTful APIs
- Stay current with emerging web technologies and evaluate new frameworks for implementation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Expert proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, SCSS)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database design (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Proven track record of optimizing web applications for performance and SEO
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and TDD methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication skills with experience collaborating in cross-functional teams
