Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code for both front-end and back-end components.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues, ensuring optimal application performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js or Angular, Vue.js.
- Expertise in back-end development: Node.js (Express, NestJS) or Python (Django, Flask) or Ruby on Rails.
- Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
