Responsibilities
- Design and implement responsive, accessible web applications using React, Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Lead API development and integration with microservices architecture
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing workflows
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate mockups into pixel-perfect implementations
- Contribute to technical documentation and architectural decision-making
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience with full-stack expertise
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with databases including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
- Demonstrated knowledge of modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite) and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ complex web applications with measurable performance improvements
- CS degree or equivalent technical certification preferred
