Responsibilities

- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability through code reviews and architectural planning
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming sessions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of professional web development experience with full-stack expertise
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and at least one modern front-end framework
- Strong understanding of back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, Django, or Spring)
