Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications across the full stack.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Lead code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality and consistency.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of our platforms.
- Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and strategic technical planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Extensive experience with back-end development using Node.js and related frameworks (e.g., Express.js, NestJS).
- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and system design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
