Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop high-quality, scalable front-end and back-end web applications using modern frameworks.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- API Integration: Design and implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints to connect front-end interfaces with back-end databases.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect code.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and stability.
- Security: Implement best practices for web security to protect user data and application integrity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Backend: Strong understanding of server-side logic, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and API design.
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and Agile methodologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
