Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across both front-end (React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end (Node.js, Python, or similar) components.
- Architect and implement robust APIs, ensuring seamless integration between various services and systems.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Mentor junior developers, foster a culture of continuous learning, and contribute to technical decision-making processes.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, applying relevant advancements to enhance our product offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development, with a strong portfolio of deployed applications.
- Expertise in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Extensive experience with back-end development using Node.js, Python, Ruby, Go, or Java, along with strong API design skills.
- Proficiency with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of software architecture patterns, data structures, algorithms, and design principles.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in an Agile team environment.
