Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end web solutions using React, Node.js, and cloud-native technologies
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across the full stack
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate mockups into pixel-perfect interfaces
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for seamless deployments
- Contribute to technical documentation and open-source community projects
- Participate in agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience with full stack web development (React, Node.js, Express)
- Expertise in responsive design principles and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, SCSS)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture
- Proficiency with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and TDD methodologies
- Knowledge of DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex web applications with measurable impact
