Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate complex wireframes into fluid, responsive interfaces.
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO efficiency.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Implement robust security protocols and data protection measures across all layers.
- Integrate third-party APIs and manage complex state management systems.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React.
- Deep understanding of server-side logic and database design (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Proven track record of building and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Strong grasp of CSS preprocessors, Tailwind CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with Git, Docker, and modern agile development workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve complex problems independently.
