Responsibilities
- Architect and implement responsive, high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate complex business requirements into intuitive digital experiences
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
- Lead code reviews and establish best practices for version control and CI/CD pipelines
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs with robust authentication and security protocols
- Contribute to product strategy through technical insights and innovation workshops
- Mentor junior developers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions on emerging web technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and TypeScript
- Strong understanding of modern front-end frameworks and responsive design principles
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of SEO optimization and web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification
- Demonstrated experience mentoring development teams and leading technical initiatives
