Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Develop robust back-end APIs and services, ensuring high performance, security, and responsiveness.
- Implement intuitive and responsive front-end user interfaces that provide exceptional user experiences.
- Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Expert proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and at least one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex, scalable, and secure web solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
