Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain robust, scalable full-stack web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers and product managers to iterate on product features.
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability across all browsers and devices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure maintainability, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Design and implement secure, high-performance RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Lead technical initiatives to modernize legacy systems and integrate third-party services.
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and technical workshops.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js.
- Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL database design (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of web security best practices (OWASP) and performance tuning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
