Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of responsive web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud-native services
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews, technical documentation, and pair programming sessions
- Optimize application performance and implement robust security protocols
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to pixel-perfectly implement design systems
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and DevOps best practices
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven optimization of user-facing features
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience with modern JavaScript frameworks
- Expertise in React, TypeScript, and Node.js with proven portfolio of production applications
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture
- Proficiency in AWS/GCP services and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with performance optimization and web accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
