Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
- Lead the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and post-launch support.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Architect and implement efficient front-end interfaces and back-end services, ensuring seamless integration.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong expertise in back-end technologies like Node.js, Python/Django, Ruby on Rails, or Java/Spring Boot.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
