Responsibilities
- Architect and implement responsive web applications using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Optimize front-end performance to achieve 95+ Lighthouse scores
- Lead API development with REST/GraphQL and microservices architecture
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and code reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven optimization cycles
- Ensure ADA/WCAG 2.1 compliance across all digital assets
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Vue)
- Proficiency in Node.js, Express, and serverless architectures
- Expertise in CSS/Sass, responsive design, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and TDD principles
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex web applications
- Computer Science degree or equivalent practical experience
