Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using modern technologies like React, Node.js, and Python.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices across the team.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in web applications and optimize load times, SEO, and user experience.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
- Testing: Implement rigorous unit and integration testing strategies to ensure product stability and reliability.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) to ensure seamless deployment processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional full-stack web development experience.
- Frontend: Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Backend: Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express, or Python (Django/FastAPI).
- Databases: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and cloud services (AWS).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment.
