- Mentor junior developers and lead technical workshops to foster team growth.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Deep expertise in React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Solid experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB/Redis) databases.
