Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain robust, scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, and QA to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability across various devices.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure maintainability, security, and adherence to industry best practices.
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior developers to uplift team capabilities.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to support evolving business requirements.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in system performance through proactive monitoring and debugging.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Proven experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) databases.
- Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
