Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of highly scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate directly with the CTO and Product team to translate complex requirements into seamless user experiences.
- Optimize platform performance and latency for real-time AI data streaming and visualization.
- Maintain a high bar for code quality through rigorous code reviews and comprehensive automated testing.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous growth.
- Drive the evolution of our CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native infrastructure on AWS.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience building and scaling production-grade web applications.
- Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js (Express/NestJS).
- Proven track record of designing complex distributed systems and relational database schemas (PostgreSQL).
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
