Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Development Lifecycle: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and Agile methodologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- System Integration: Integrate third-party APIs and internal microservices to enhance platform functionality.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on both frontend and backend technologies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) is highly preferred.
- Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement efficient algorithms.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
