Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Architect and optimize microservices to ensure high availability and fault tolerance.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Drive technical debt reduction and implement best practices for CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 system reliability.
Qualifications
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Strong backend skills with Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and API design (REST, GraphQL).
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and TDD/BDD methodologies.
