Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Lead architectural decisions, ensuring code quality, scalability, and security best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to foster a culture of engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, DevOps) to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies to accelerate delivery cycles.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Proficiency in React (or Angular/Vue) and Node.js (or Python/Java).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities.
