Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable front-end and back-end architectures using modern technologies like React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure lightning-fast load times and high conversion rates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Code Quality & Mentorship: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews.
- Cloud & DevOps: Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure seamless deployments to AWS/Azure environments.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and innovate solutions to improve the developer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend Mastery: Deep expertise in React, Next.js, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind/Bootstrap).
- Backend Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Node.js or Python and RESTful API design.
- Database Skills: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, Docker, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
