Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define technical requirements and product roadmaps.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and scalability to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in architectural discussions and decision-making processes to drive technical strategy.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
