Responsibilities

- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability across all global markets.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to post-launch support.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks like React or Vue.js.
- Proficient experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, or similar runtimes.
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
