As a key member of our engineering squad, you will lead the design and implementation of our core products, working closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance software architectures using modern web technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure lightning-fast load times and optimal user engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend) to define feature requirements and drive delivery.
- Full Lifecycle: Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Styled-components).
- Backend: Expertise in Node.js, Python, or Java, with experience building RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.
- Database: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
