Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across devices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and establishing best practices.
- Participate in architectural decision-making to ensure system scalability and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust solutions for data security and integrity.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and integrate them into our development stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience is accepted.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Strong backend skills in Node.js, Python, or Java, with experience in RESTful API design.
- Deep understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
