Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead code reviews, establish coding standards, and ensure best practices for security and maintainability.
- Optimize database performance and design efficient APIs for third-party integrations.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting technical interviews and fostering a collaborative engineering environment.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on full-stack development.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Strong backend skills in Node.js, Express, or Python/Django.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues in a production environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
