Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
- Lead code reviews and ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and career growth support.
- Optimize application performance and ensure a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Conduct technical research to evaluate new tools and technologies relevant to our stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience is highly valued.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
