Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable front-end and back-end web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and establishing coding standards to maintain high code quality.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, ensuring system reliability and security.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React.js.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and state management (Redux, MobX).
- Experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
