Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring minimal latency and maximum throughput under heavy load.
- Implement robust security protocols and data protection measures across all layers of the stack.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Deep expertise in React and Node.js.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
