Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable software architectures using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability for end-users.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to the team's technical standards and best practices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure code quality through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and rigorous debugging.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
