Role Overview:
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will bridge the gap between design and engineering, ensuring our products not only meet business requirements but exceed user expectations. You will lead technical initiatives and mentor a growing team of developers.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards.
- Identify, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
