Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Performance Optimization: Analyze application performance bottlenecks and implement strategies to improve load times, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend systems.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and established coding standards.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to technical decision-making processes within the engineering team.
- Deployment & Maintenance: Manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and ensure system reliability through rigorous testing and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Frontend Proficiency: Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend frameworks (React.js preferred).
- Backend Proficiency: Strong experience with server-side languages (Node.js, Python, or Go) and RESTful APIs.
- Database Skills: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools & DevOps: Familiarity with version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
