Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and Node.js.
- Lead architectural decisions, code reviews, and technical strategy for the engineering team.
- Optimize database performance, API integrations, and front-end rendering speeds.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability across all environments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in React (Hooks, Redux) and Node.js (Express, NestJS).
- Deep understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
