Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, implementing best practices for code organization and performance.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into production-ready code.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards to ensure code quality.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Deep understanding of state management solutions (Redux, Context API).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues in a distributed environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
