Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines for high-volume financial data processing.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities within the banking sector.
- Collaborate with the risk management and compliance teams to ensure data integrity and regulatory adherence.
- Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Optimize data warehouse architecture to enhance query performance and reporting accuracy.
- Conduct A/B testing on financial products to maximize customer retention and profitability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, specifically within the Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services industries.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, banking regulations (e.g., FCA), and data security protocols.
