Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of core banking system upgrades and optimizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate financial models into scalable technical architecture.
• Conduct rigorous data integrity audits to ensure compliance with FCA regulations.
• Oversee vendor management for third-party financial software solutions.
• Develop and implement automated reporting dashboards to track financial performance metrics.
• Mentor junior analysts and drive best practices in data governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate financial models into scalable technical architecture.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Systems Analysis, Core Banking, or Fintech.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including Basel III and GDPR.
• Proven track record of leading successful system migration projects.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Systems Analysis, Core Banking, or Fintech.
