Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and business performance.
- Provide insightful monthly variance analysis and identify risks and opportunities to executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting systems and data accuracy.
- Partner with cross-functional department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost structures.
- Prepare comprehensive board materials and investor presentations.
- Monitor macroeconomic trends and their impact on portfolio performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field; MBA or CFA highly preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven track record of building financial models from the ground up to support strategic decision-making.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear business narratives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.
