You will act as a key business partner, driving long-term value through sophisticated modeling, data-driven forecasting, and actionable strategic insights.
In this role, you will lead the evolution of our financial reporting infrastructure and provide the executive team with the critical intelligence needed to navigate complex market cycles. We are looking for an analytical powerhouse with an ownership mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, and long-range planning processes for global business units.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic investment decisions and M&A activities.
- Analyze variance trends and provide leadership with deep-dive insights on KPIs and operational efficiency.
- Drive the automation of financial reporting workflows to increase accuracy and speed-to-insight.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with department heads to manage resource allocation and optimize P&L performance.
- Prepare high-impact board materials and executive presentations summarizing financial health and growth opportunities.
- Implement robust internal controls to ensure compliance and fiscal integrity across the firm.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into executive-level narratives.
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite or SAP experience preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring junior financial analysts.
- Deep understanding of GAAP and international financial regulatory standards.
