Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast process for multiple business units.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-term strategic planning.
- Analyze variance between actual performance and forecasts, providing clear, executive-level commentary.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to identify cost-saving initiatives and revenue growth opportunities.
- Improve data integrity and reporting automation through advanced ERP and BI tool integration.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly performance reports for the CFO and Board of Directors.
- Manage a team of financial analysts, ensuring high-quality output and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CFA designation highly preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- Strong experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and storytelling skills to present complex data to stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with changing priorities.
- Proven track record of influencing operational strategy through financial insights.
